Pastor / Worship Creative Relationships

Personalized assessment and coaching opportunity for either the pastor or worship creative to help transition stressed professional relationships into effective, mutually respectful exchanges and ultimately, working together to offer meaningful worship experiences in your local worship community.

Worship Band – Worship Team

Personalized assessment for your worship band or team. Following an assessment, an action plan will be developed outlining the steps necessary for change. Includes: part assignments for individual players in the band, the synergy of creativity with in the band, how to locate local musicians, and helping non musicians talk “band”.

Worship Leader to Lead Worshiper

This is the X-factor in worship, making the difference in local worship gatherings, one lead worshiper at a time. From performer to psalmist, a redirection of the mind and heart from the gathering to bringing worship into the throne room of God for His glory. It is the transcendent spiritual exchange that needs to occur yet seems so elusive.

Worship Gathering Assessment

For sites not currently offering livestream services, this will take a local visit. Starting with attending your worship gathering, we’ll dive into conversations with and glean perspectives from the Lead Pastor, worship creative, team leaders and worship band. A plan will be developed directly with your worship leadership, setting goals and coaching on effective transitional strategies.

Worship Technology Advancement

Who can you trust? Are you tired of calling in a local sound salesperson? Have you exhausted the outdated projection software on your XP Windows based computer? Are you afraid that your volunteers won’t be able to transition to the next level? Your antiquated systems and fear of change won’t help in recruiting volunteers.
